Leisa received an honorable mention in the grade 4 to 6 category for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Council in its 36th annual Substance Abuse Prevention Poster Contest. Wednesday evening, March 22, the district hosted the senior citizen dinner and spring show, welcoming 116 area seniors for a full turkey dinner, dessert and, of course, the spring musical, Rent. The Life Skills Class from Crispell Middle School took an educational venture out to The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum in Cornwall.
