Athletics

Athletics are more than just sports. Studies have shown that students who participate in athletics grow socially, improve their leadership skills and benefit from their contact with positive mentors. In addition, being part of an athletic team can improve time management skills and encourage a healthy exercise routine. Participating in athletics can contribute to a well-rounded education and successes beyond the classroom.
