As we continue to examine and resolve our bus issues, attached here is an updated Bus Stop Review Form which includes the option to appeal a decision that has already been made.
If you have a concern about your child’s bus stop, please follow these instructions to submit the Bus Stop Review Form:
- download the form and save it to your computer
- open the form in Adobe
- complete all fields
- save the completed form
- email it to transportation@pinebushschools.org.

- complete all fields
- scan and email to transportation@pinebushschools.org or fax to (845) 744-4059.
If you have already submitted a Bus Stop Review Form and would like to appeal the decision, you have the opportunity to do so with this form by checking “Appeal.”
