About SNAP
If you or your children need additional nutrition support, your family may qualify for SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly known as food stamps)—a program that helps eligible households afford groceries and meet their nutritional needs year-round. Many families don’t realize they qualify.
Take a minute to complete a quick and confidential SNAP eligibility pre-screening here.
If you are potentially eligible, you’ll be guided to the application and provided information to connect with SNAP application support.
To apply for SNAP, find the application here.
If you need one-on-one support or have questions about SNAP, the Nutrition Outreach and Education Program (NOEP) offers free, local assistance with SNAP applications. No strings attached. Click here to find a NOEP coordinator nearby.
