NJHS and Students Making A Difference donate to area homeless

A gloves, hats and scarves drive was hosted in a collaborative effort by the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS),  advised by Shannon Meland and Steve Charchan, and Students Making a Difference Club, advised by Allie Peifer, at Crispell.

Students worked together to set up this warm weather clothing drive for the month of October. Students were able to collect two boxes filled with items to be donated to the Orange County Homeless Shelter via Maureen Cronin’s Real Estate office in Pine Bush. Thank you to all who donated!

Maureen Cronin Real Estate Office has a donation box on the front porch where anyone can donate warm weather attire that is brought to the homeless shelter! Feel free to stop by and continue dropping items off especially over the next few weeks as the weather is getting colder.
