Pine Bush Athletics – Fall 2026 INTEND TO PLAY form for JV/Varsity/Modified Sports. 

The Intend to Play registration period will be Friday, May 1, through Monday, June 1.

This is a pre-registration for fall sports.

The Intend to Play form IS NOT the final sports registration form. This is the first step in the registration process. The Intend to Play form assists the nurse’s office in beginning to set up physical exams for students prior to the start of the fall season; in addition to providing the coaches a list of potential athletes who are planning on trying out for a fall sports team so they can notify athletes of tryout dates and other information. 

NY State law requires that all school districts review a student’s health profile within 30 days of the start of the season. 

For Varsity and JV sports, the Fall Sport registration period will be open from Saturday, July 18 through Saturday, August 1. 

For Modified sports, the Fall Sport registration period will be Wednesday, August 5 through Wednesday, August 19.
