Girls and Boys Youth Wrestling

One season of wrestling can help anyone build self-confidence, mental toughness, physical fitness, discipline, body awareness and coordination. In class. students will learn fundamental moves, advaned techniques and strategies, along with the importance of sportsmanship. We thoroughly cover the proper rules, positions, procedures and scoring. Varsity and JV wrestlers will assist the coaches.

This program will help with proper techniques, skills, and tactics, it will prepare the boys for the lacrosse season. No experience required. First-time players and seasoned players are welcome.

STEM Concepts and Creativity are combined together in this action-packed program where kids learn real-life skills while having real-kid FUN! Kids will be
engaged in project-based learning using STEM activities and DASH & DOT Robots that are smart to respond to voices and sounds and can be programmed to sing and dance. Kids will be encouraged to design, build and program their creations, embedding creativity, critical thinking, collaboration

Girls Volleyball Training Camp

Girls Flag Football Clinic

This clinic is for girls interested in learning about or improving their skills in flag football. We will be learning the fundamental skills of passing, catching, flag pulling, and running with the football. Girls will learn the rules of the game to
increase their flag football IQ, The girls will also compete in mini games. Sneakers are required.

Introduction to Rugby (Flag/Touch)

Flag and touch rugby is a safe and accessible sport that emphasizes teamwork, fitness and coordination. The format is non-contact, making it an excellent introduction to the sport while promoting physical activity and sportsmanship among students of all athletic backgrounds. No experience necessary.

American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification

The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training class gives you the skills and knowledge to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies. The Lifeguard
Training Class includes CPR Training for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid Training. Lifeguard Certification is valid for two years. Minimum age is 15
before the completion of class. (Blended Learning) Limit 12.

American Red Cross – Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED

This course teaches students critical skills and knowledge needed to respond
to and manage an emergency until EMS arrives. Course content includes first aid basics, such as burns, cuts, and scrapes, medical injury, and environmental emergencies, and how to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies to help both adult and pediatric victims using CPR/AED.
Students who successfully complete the course will receive a certification card for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years. Students may purchase the book and/or a CPR mask for an additional fee. Call the continuing ed. office for more information. Limit 12.

Five-Hour Pre-Licensing Course

The NYS Department of Motor Vehicles mandates this course for all NYS permit holders. Students must register and include a copy of their photo learner’s permit with registration. This certificate is required to schedule a road test appointment. This is a two-day class.

Stability Ball Workout

This class is customized to help you improve overall flexibility, core strength, posture, balance, and coordination with the stability ball. Incorporating the hand weights into our routine, we develop strength, tone, and muscle. A stability ball workout will make things more interesting and effective by engaging different muscles. Equipment needed for this class: Inflated 65 cm stability ball, hand weights, and a mat.
