7th Grade Student,
Welcome to the 7th Grade! We are looking forward to working with you this year. We hope you are having a great summer and are starting to feel ready for a new school year! The beginning of each year is often a time of nervousness and excitement for students and parents. Rest assured, teachers feel the same way!
We hope the following information will help your transition to 7th grade go as smoothly as possible:
- You can find the seventh grade supply list here. Set your mind at ease by coming into class prepared. It’s very important that you bring your own materials
this year. - Please make sure that your summer reading is complete by the start of school. Click here for the reading list.
- If you would like to get to know more about your team before returning back to school check out your team website. You should become familiar with your team’s site because each team will use this to post materials, homework, and important information throughout the year. Review your schedule to see if you are on the blue or gold team.
- For math, it will be necessary to have a Texas Instruments TI-30XIIS calculator. This is the same calculator that was used in sixth grade. Please make sure to have this calculator for the upcoming school year.
The school year will be here before you know it! Again, we are thrilled that you are entering 7th grade and cannot wait to work with you! Until then, enjoy the remaining few days of summer.
