Attention seniors: Parking permit applications are now available

Parking Permit Contract: Please read the rules listed here, complete the questions on the parking permit application, and both student and parent/guardian click the boxes at the end of the form to affirm.

Starting September 2025: Parking on school premises is a SENIOR privilege. Senior students may apply for a parking permit any time throughout the year. Applications from juniors will not be accepted.

1. The rules that apply in the school building also apply to the car and parking lot. Any student found in violation of a school rule risks having his/her parking permit revoked. School discipline procedures will also be applied. The following may result in parking privileges being revoked: Truancy, cutting classes, being late to school, leaving the building without permission, unsafe driving on school grounds or public roads, being found guilty of a traffic violation, insubordination, any disciplinary infraction resulting in OSS, not displaying your parking permit, or loaning or transferring your parking permit to another student.

Any student accumulating five unexcused lates to the student’s first scheduled period will result in a loss of parking privilege. The parking permit will be revoked for a duration of two weeks. If lateness to student’s first scheduled period continues, progressive discipline will be applied.

2. Once a student submits a completed registration form, a parking tag will be issued for the upcoming year. Your assigned parking space number is printed on your parking tag. Vehicles parked in the student lot without a parking tag will be addressed accordingly.

3. Vehicles that are parked in No Parking Zones or in any lot other than the student parking lot risk being ticketed or towed at the owner’s expense.

4. The school district is not responsible for cars parked on school property.

5. Tags must be properly displayed on the rearview mirror. Tags can only be transferred to another family vehicle that is on file. If you have a vehicle change, your permit application must be updated or you will have your permit revoked and risk being towed. Parking tags are school property and must be returned to the Attendance Office when your permit is revoked.
