Pine Bush Special Education Parent/Teacher/Student Association – PBSEPTSA

The Pine Bush Central School District now has a special education parent teacher student association. The PBSEPTSA encompass all seven schools, from elementary through high school, and was chartered during the 2024-2025 school year.

The group works with all schools to encourage them to provide a sensory-friendly space during events so students of all abilities are able to participate

The group also works within the community to provide support groups for caregivers of neurodivergent and medically fragile children. They work with other organizations to provide workshops for caregivers on topics like “All about the IEP and 504,” “Understanding Evaluations, Services and Accomodations,” “Assistive Technology,” “Transition Planning” and more.

Anyone interested in supporting the PBSEPTSA may purchase a membership here or by making a donation through the same link.
