Our modified cross country teams had a very successful night at their recent meet! They competed against nearly 400 athletes from 23 schools. 

For our eighth grade girls event, five finished in the top 20 out of 74 athletes: Emily Angel took 1st place, Hailey Jameson finished 2nd, Tess Hoehmann placed 8th, Hayden Russell finished 17th, and Jaelyn Altero took 18th place.

We also had three runners from the seventh grade girls team finish in the top 20: Juliana Perez finished 5th, Grayce Ferry took 8th place, and Abigail Atwell placed 12th. They competed against 91 runners.

In the boy’s seventh grade race, Jonathan Wathe placed 10th and Julio Fernandez finished 20th out of 99 total participants.
