Hooray for 100 days!

Friday, Feb. 13 was our 100th day of school here in the Pine Bush Central School District! Woo hoo!

Two women dressed with gray wigs and older lady clothes stand with five first-grade children who are also dressed as old people.

Our younger students in the elementary schools celebrated by dressing like 100-year-old people, which is always a highlight of the day.

A young kid dresses with a cap, bow tie and holds a cane to look like an old man.

It also included lots of 100-centric educational activities. Like sorting and stringing candies and cereal, stacking cups and Jenga blocks, counting objects, putting together 100-piece puzzles, creating hats with 100 dots on them, and so much more.

Two younger kids smile as they wear paper hats they made that say Hooray 100 days of school.

At CES, each class creates a poster and hangs it in the hallway outside of their classroom. It’s so much fun to see the creativity of our teachers and how the students make these posters happen!

A large poster says We can heartly believe it's been 100 days! There are all red and pink hearts all around it.

A large poster says 100 days brighter with10 light bulbs.
