On Tuesday, May 26, the board of education amended the student calendar, making Thursday and Friday, June 25 and 26, half days for elementary and middle school. June 26 is the last day of school.
Poetry was in the air at CES on Friday, May 15, as family members converged on the fourth-grade classrooms for the third annual poetry slam.
