Dear Families,

 

The PBCSD has created an option for online learning using Google Classroom that provides activities for students in grades kindergarten through 5th.  These activities are designed to provide review and enrichment in these eleven subject areas:  Literacy, Math, Social Studies, Science, Art, Music, Library Media, Physical Education/OT/PT, Speech, Social Emotional Learning and Fun Activities.  The materials on the Grade Level Google Classrooms are strictly a resource and will not be collected or graded. Please hold all questions and concerns about posted materials.  Please follow the steps below with your child in order to access their grade level “Classroom” website.

 

How to Access Google Classroom At Home: (Google Classroom Screenshot Walk Through) 

 

1.   Open a web browser and go to classroom.google.com

2.  Click Sign In in top right corner and enter your child’s username and password

1. Username is pb.first.last@pinebushschools.org
2. Password is pb + child’s 6 digit student ID number (lunch number) Ex. pb123456
3. IMPORTANT:  First time users will need to choose a STUDENT role.

3.  Click the plus (+) button to join a class

4.  Click Join Class

5.  Enter the grade level class code as listed below:

• Kindergarten – tdinkwf
• 1st grade – lakk3tb
• 2nd grade – ihigh6j
• 3rd grade – t4ez4y2 
• 4th Grade – sc23med
• 5th Grade – cuhgyx2

  (Space is limited.  Please join a class or classes applicable to your child’s needs.)

6.  Click the Classwork tab at top.

7.  Within the Classroom, you are provided with eleven different topics of on-line learning. Click a topic tab and find learning activities.

8.  Your child can view these activities online or feel free to print them.

 

Since our pre-K students do not have PBCSD Google accounts, a website of resources has been linked to the PBCSD’s website under the Parent/Community page. 

 

Email your child’s classroom teacher: If you have questions about your child’s student ID number (lunch number) OR if you are having trouble accessing Google Classroom please:  All district emails consist of:
