Congratulations to Ketura Rutty, Jahesa Stokes and Leticia Watson on being named as top 50 players by the Basketball Coaches Association of New York (BCANY).
Our girls varsity head coach, Michelle Bouffard, was named Coach of the Year for Class AAA by BCANY.
“Congratulations to Jahesa, Ketura and Leticia on achieving this distinction, and congratulations to Coach Bouffard on the coach of the year honor,” said Pine Bush Director of Athletics Jen Evans. “These honors are well-deserved.”
The team ended the season with an 18-2 record, winning their division with a perfect 8-0 record. They were the Section IX runner-up.
“This was a tremendous season for our varsity girls basketball team,” said Ms. Evans. “I congratulate the entire team. They displayed team unity throughout the entire season, and were such a joy to watch!”
