Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Pine Bush High School requests that all students take AP exams for the AP classes that they have taken. Scoring well on an AP exam can often earn students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition.

For the 2024 AP exams, students at Pine Bush High School will be registering online. This registration is a 2-step process, using the College Board to register for AP exams and then going to Total Registration to process your payment for the exams.

Step 1 -Please go to the College Board website and use the join code provided by your AP Teacher to register for exam(s).

Step 2– After you are done registering on College Board, please go to the Total
Registration website provided below, follow the registration steps and make your payment to complete the process. Registration is not complete until students have printed the pdf of the confirmation page that is provided at the end.

The registration window will be open from September 5, 2023 to October 27, 2023. Each AP Exam will cost $100. If you qualify for free or reduced lunch, you can pay a reduced fee for these exams.

Beginning October 28, 2023, there will be a late registration period, ending on November 3, 2023. Anyone who registers during this time will be subject to a $30 late fee.

Anyone trying to register after November 3, 2023 will be subject to approval and a $40 late fee * as per College Board Policy.
