PBHS Announcements: Thursday, April 11, 2019 Today is an “A” Day
The Pine Bush High School Day of Silence is today. Pledge to be silent to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment, or wear a ribbon to show support. Signs and ribbons will be available in front of the main office. Be an active ally!
Youth in Government students planning on attending the UN Trip on May 30th need to turn in a permission slip and money by 9th period today to Mrs. Webster in Room 1106.
Attention Juniors – all Prom Court nomination forms are due today.

Teen Outreach will be not meeting today. Our next meeting will be on April 25th.
Wellness Club in room 220.
ASVAB completion will resume today at 2:15 pm in the Library.
Students and staff are invited to join the Unity Club and guest facilitators for a Race Unity Circle on Wednesday, April 24th after school until 3:15 pm in the cafeteria. The topic will be “The Mind Science of Implicit Bias”. All are welcome.
Attention Students: Negative cafeteria balances for meals charged must be repaid to the School Nutrition Department. Any questions, please stop into School Nutrition Office (next to the counseling office) for further information.
Registration is now open for the Leadership and Law, Aviation, Fine Art, Manufacturing and Science Academies. Pick up your application in the Principal’s office and secure your place on the academy roster this summer. Applications can also be found online. Please see Mrs. Buckridge with any questions.
We are collecting gently used shoes/sneakers until the end of the school year. The shoes will help support a local animal shelter and help the environment by keeping the shoes out of landfills. The collection box will be located at the front desk.
