Can I register my infant or toddler?
Yes. All children age 18 and under are eligible to receive meals through this program.
Registration & Pickup
How do I register?
If your child has a Pine Bush CSD ID number, then use MySchoolBucks to register each eligible child.
If your child does NOT have an ID number, then use this Google Form to register each eligible child.
IMPORTANT: Each child without a Pine Bush ID number must be physically present for your first meal pickup for verification purposes.
I have a child with a Pine Bush student ID and a child without one. What do I do?
For the child with the student ID, use MySchoolBucks. Then sign up separately for your other child through the Google Form.
I don’t know my child’s Pine Bush student ID number. Now what?
In MySchoolBucks, select “add a student.” Enter the student’s name and date of birth to find your enrolled student. Please use the Google Form if you cannot find your student in MySchoolBucks. Your child must be physically present for your first meal pickup unless they are enrolled with a student ID number.
Do I need to bring anything to the meal distribution?
- Proof of registration (email/MySchoolBucks receipt)
- Personal ID
- If registered through the Google Form, your child MUST be present for the first meal pick-up. Enrolled students in PBCSD registered through MySchoolBucks do not need to be present.
Do I have to register for each distribution?
Yes. You must select which week(s) you intend to pick up food for. Please plan ahead, as failure to pick up meals may result in a cancellation of future registration dates.
Does one registration work for my whole family?
No, you must register each child individually.
Does my child have to be with me?
- If your child is enrolled within Pine Bush CSD and appears in your MySchoolBucks account: No, your child does not need to be with you.
- If your child is not enrolled in Pine Bush CSD: Yes, your child must be with you for your first week’s pickup. Afterwards, they do not need to come with you.
My child is attending a summer camp or summer school. Can they participate in the meal program?
Your child is eligible for the meal distribution program only during weeks they are not also enrolled in summer camp/school. Child enrollment is cross-checked each week, and duplicate registrations will be deleted.
My child lives in a split household. Who should register them?
We ask that families coordinate and work together to register their child. Duplicate registrations will be deleted. Please note that we are unable to mediate custody or other family arrangements.
I am the biological parent of a child, but they do not live in my household. Can I register them?
Only children who live in your household are eligible to be registered under your account. All registrations must accurately reflect the children residing in your home. Please be aware that program participation is monitored, and any suspected fraud is investigated.
Can someone else pick up my child’s meal if I’m unavailable?
Yes, but you must enter the name of the person that you designate when registering. We cannot provide meals to anyone else.
I’m going on summer vacation. Can I send a friend to pick up my registered meals?
No. Within this program, the meals that are provided each week are intended only for the registered child. Substitutions are not permitted.
I registered, but can’t come anymore. What should I do?
If you can no longer attend, please email caitlin.lazarski@pinebushschools.org as soon as possible so your registration can be released. Failure to cancel registered pickups can result in disqualification for future weeks.
