  • No transportation is provided for Continuing Education classes.
  • Early registration is encouraged to assure placement and to avoid possible class cancellation due to insufficient enrollment. Most classes require a minimum of 10 students, while others may have a maximum number of students and will close out.

STEM & ROBOTICS SUMMER CAMP

Give your child the gift of an extraordinary camp experience where kids Create, Collaborate & Connect! Run by Robotics4U, this camp aims to inspire the next generation of engineers, thinkers and innovators.  We encourage campers to think outside the box and come up with solutions for the challenges given to them to boost critical thinking skills. This camp is the
complete package full of fun, robotic games, science experiments, STEM DIY make-and-take projects, Lego challenges, coding and outdoor team building games.

Each day campers will work on STEM projects that they can then take home with them and one day of the week campers will build a STEM project using
motors and switches. Campers will have exciting opportunities to play various games with our Dash & Dot Robots, such as, Hot Potato, tag, basketball, Drop the Pyramid, and many more.

SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS

Grades 5-12

One weekly 30-minute small group lesson will be scheduled between 8 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (6 weekly lessons)

Materials: Students should come to the first lesson prepared with instrument and lesson book. *Students beginning on french horn, baritone/euphonium and tuba will sign out a school instrument at the first lesson.

BOYS SOCCER SKILL CAMP

Boys grades 9-12

 

This camp is designed around teaching the fundamentals of soccer and the conditioning that helps develop those skills. This is a developmental program for those players interested in advancing their soccer knowledge of play.  Players need to bring a soccer ball and shin guards.

  • Time: 8 a.m. –  10 a.m.
  • Location: CVMS, Field
  • FEE: $75

 

VOLLEYBALL CAMP

Grades 3-12

Students will learn rules, skills, and drills, followed by games. Focus for this group will be on skills and team development for a more competitive play.

  • Grades 3-8, 9 – 11 a.m.

BOYS & GIRLS TENNIS CAMP

Grades 7-12

This program we will focus on learning the rules, conditioning, learning or perfecting your serve, improving your form and playing with integrity.

  • Dates: July 31 – August 3
  • Time: 9:00am – 11am
  • Location: PBHS , Tennis Courts

ADULT & KID FITNESS CAMP

Kids ages 4-8

Buddy up with your kid and come get fit!  Each class will include stretching, a warm up, a partner workout, fitness games, and a cool down led by a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.  All levels of fitness are welcome.  Lead by example and have fun doing it! Kids ages 4-8, Materials need: A yoga mat or towel. 

  • Dates: July 3, 6, 11 & 13
  • Time: 8 – 9 a.m.
  • Location: EJR, Playground
  • FEE: $60 couple/additional child $20

 

DEFENSIVE DRIVING COURSE

Why should you take this class? Your insurance cost is high due to a new driver or you may have incurred points on your Driver’s License. Lower your insurance cost for three years.

FIELD HOCKEY Clinic

Girls grades 3-12

 

Whether you have never picked up a stick or have played the game before, this is the camp for you. Each session will start with skills, drills, and games that focus on important aspects of the game (stick handling, passing, shooting). This camp will include scrimmages to practice skills learned. Mouth guards and shin guards are required. Sticks will be available to borrow if needed.

  • Dates: July 27, Aug. 3, 10 & 17
  • Time: 6:00 pm -7:30 pm
  • Location: PBE, Varsity field hockey field
  • FEE: $60

 

5HR PRE-LICENSING COURSE

The NYS Department of Motor Vehicles mandates this course for all NYS permit holders. Students must pre-register and include a copy of their photo
learner permit with registration. This certificate is required to schedule a road test appointment.

FAMILY SWIM

If you want to help your children practice their swimming skills or your family needs some bonding time, a Family Swim is a great way to spend an afternoon. Children must be potty trained; NO water diapers.

  • Dates: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday July 5 –July 27
  • Time: 12 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
  • Location: PAK Pool
  • FEE: $5 Adults/ $3 child, children under 2 free
