The New East Extreme Dirt Track (NEEDT) National Series is considered one of the most competitive and renowned ATV racing series in the United States. Racers from around the country go head-to-head at various track sites in a multi-round National Championship series. Some of the best racers showcase their talent on the track, but one student from Crispell Middle School has already made a name for himself in the ATV racing world.

At only eleven years old, Anthony Dworak has earned an impressive amount of accolades. Over the course of his racing career, he won a total of four national championships. Additionally, he has won 12 heat races and 13 main event races in 2025. Heat races are the qualifying matches for the main event races.

There are many classes players compete in that are based on engine size, age group, or skill level. For beginners (ages 4-8), they typically race with an ATV that has a 50cc engine. For everyone under the age of 15, they can compete within an engine as high as 90cc.

In 2022, Anthony won his first national championship in the Youth Junior Flat Track Racing Series Championship, racing with a 50cc engine ATV. In 2025, he won three national championships in the 70cc, 90cc, and Youth Senior Short Track series.

Anthony is striving to make a return to the NEEDT national championship series. When he isn’t racing, he participates in his school’s swimming club. He also enjoys going outside and spending time with his family. His mother, Renata Dworak, applauded his strong work ethic and commitment to being a good role model. She said, “What makes us proud is not only his success on the track, but also the way he conducts himself off of it. Anthony understands the importance of commitment, respect, and balancing academics with athletics. He takes great pride in representing Crispell Middle School in a positive and respectful manner.”
