Dear 7th Grade Gold Team Member,

Hello!  It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome you to the 7th grade Gold Team!  We are extremely excited to work with you this year and cannot wait to start.  We hope that you had an enjoyable summer and that you are now beginning to plan for the upcoming school year.

We would like to make your transition from summer break to the beginning of the school year as smooth as possible.  We understand that the beginning of the school year can be difficult to navigate, especially the jump from sixth to seventh grade.  We would like to make the new year easier for you by sharing with you some tips for having a successful school year.

You can find the seventh grade supply list on the district website.  Set your mind at ease by coming into class prepared.  It’s very important that you bring your own materials this year.

Please make sure that your summer reading is complete by the start of school.  The summer reading list is located on the Pine Bush School website.

If you would like to get to know us before entering our classroom, check out our team website.  You should become familiar with our site because we will use this to post materials, homework, and important information throughout the year.

For math, it will be necessary to have a Texas Instruments T1-30XIIS calculator.  This is the same calculator that was used in sixth grade.  Please make sure to have this calculator for the upcoming school year.

The school year will be here before you know it!  Again, we are thrilled that you are on our team and cannot wait to work with you!  Until then, enjoy the remaining few days of summer.
