Red Ribbon Week ~

Attention all aspiring artist and authors!  Red Ribbon week is coming soon and so is CVMS’ annual poster and essay contest.  See Mrs. Dorcas for more information and supplies.

 

Student Council ~

Attention CVMS!  The Student Council is holding its annual Food Drive to collect non-perishable food items for local families in need this holiday season.  All food will be collected in your Academic Advisory classrooms in the designated collection boxes.  The Advisory from each grade level who collects the most food items will receive a prize! The last day to bring in donations is Tuesday, November 12th.  Please see the posted flyers or a student council member for more details. 

 

Code Warriors ~

Intersted in coding?  Join Code Warriors!  You can pick up a permission slip from Ms. Fernandez in the library.  The first meeting will be after school on Tuesday, October 28th in the library.

 

Multicultural Diversity Club ~

Come and join the Multicultural Diversity Club!  We will celebrate a variety of customs and holidays and eat delicious foods from different cultures!  See Mr. Cohen in Rm. 152 or Ms. Shadrin in Rm. 211 for a permission slip.  We will add your names to the Google Classroom once your form is signed and returned to 211 or 152.  Our first meeting will be to honor Dia de los Muertos on Wednesday, October 29th.  We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
