Circleville Elementary School music teacher Danielle Hommel is featured in a Spectrum News story! She talks about her initial concerns with teaching music virtually and how a little thinking outside of the box and adding some new activities to class – did someone say dancing! – has made teaching in this pandemic a success!
Our high school musicians are simply awesome. Ralph Wagner and Brian Shaw have worked with them, virtually of course, throughout the first part of the school year. Here are five videos showcasing the Brass Ensemble, Woodwind Ensemble, Flute Ensemble, Saxophone Ensemble and the Jazz Ensemble. Enjoy some holiday cheer courtesy of our wonderful musicians.
PJ Agro, a 7th grader at Crispell, collected and donated 69 knit hats to local cancer patients through the project “Hats for Hope.” Colleen McCarthy, a cancer patient herself, started Hats for Hope in 2014. Continuing Education will be offering driver’s education for the winter/spring semester. The class starts Feb. 2, 2021 and runs for 16 weeks.
