Retiree Waiver Notice to all Resident Taxpayers Under Section 211 of Retirement and Social Security Law and Section 80-5.5 of Commissioner’s Regulations:

This notice is to advise you that Donna Geidel has been approved from January 19, 2022 through June 30, 2022 for employment as the Interim Superintendent at Pine Bush Central School District pursuant to the law and regulations noted above. Her compensation will be $130,000 for the period beginning January 19, 2022 to July 18, 2022, but will be prorated to the date of June 30, 2022 and she will receive no additional benefits.
