II. Approval of Minutes

The Board of Education will be asked to approve the minutes from the September 14, 2021 regular board meeting, as submitted by the District Clerk.

 

III. Appointment of Board Member to Audit Committee

The Board of Education will appoint a board member to replace Tasha T. Butler on the Audit Committee. (Gretchen Meier and Dori Johnson are currently members of the Audit Committee)

 

IV. Reports, Recommendations of the Superintendent of Schools

1. Consent Agenda

The Board of Education will be asked to approve the following Consent Agenda as submitted by the Superintendent of Schools: ON WEBSITE

2. Approval of CSE & CPSE Placement Recommendations

Recommend the Board of Education acknowledge receipt and acceptance of the Committee on Special Education and Committee on Preschool Special Education placement recommendations as submitted by the CSE & CPSE Chairpersons, and reviewed by Trustee Watkins.

3. Presentation: Summer School Report -Pine Bush High School- 2021

Brian Miros and Jennifer Evans, Assistant Principals from the High School will present a report on Summer School.

4. Presentation: Summer Academies – 2021

Aaron Hopmayer, Principal of Pine Bush High School will present on the 2021 Enrichment Academies.

5. Acknowledge Receipt and Acceptance of Donation

Recommend the Board of Education acknowledge receipt and acceptance of a donation from Wristline Inc of a WLKATA Mirobot (Desktop robotic arm) Professional Kit X1 for our High School STEAM Program.

6. Approval of the Revised 2021-2022 School District Calendar for Adoption

Recommend the Board of Education approve the REVISED 2021-2022 calendar for adoption as submitted by the Superintendent of Schools.

7. Transportation Update

Superintendent Mains will give an update on transportation.

3. Approval of Change orders for Capital Improvement Project 2019 (Phase 2)

Recommend the Board of Education approve the following change orders for the 2019 Capital Improvement Project- Phase II:
