Grief counseling available to staff, students, community on Sunday, Jan. 2; counselors in all school buildings Monday Jan.3

In light of the sudden and untimely passing of Superintendent Tim O Mains, the Pine Bush Central School District will have counselors available to all staff, students and community members on Sunday, Jan. 2, and for staff and students on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022.

Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022

Counselors will be available for district office staff and all administrators at the school district office beginning at 1 p.m.

From 2 to 4 p.m., counselors will be available at Pine Bush High School for all staff, students and community members for support at this difficult time. All those who wish to speak with a counselor or simply be with community are asked to enter through the doors near the auditorium, just left of the main PBHS entrance.

 COVID-19 safety protocols are in effect. All who attend must wear masks and social distance.

Counseling will also be available to staff and students in each school building on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022 throughout the school day.

Our community is deeply saddened by Mr. Mains’ death and we encourage anyone in need to please utilize the counseling services being offered.
