Meier is a physical therapist and co-owner of Pine Bush Physical Therapy. She is a member of the district’s Audit Committee and Health and Safety Committee, and is involved with the No Place For Hate Committee and the Pine Bush High School Excelsior Academy. Her two children attended Pine Bush schools. Meier is serving her fourth term on the school board.

Kheiralla holds a nursing degree from St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Fountain Hill, Pennsylvania, from which she was the class valedictorian. She has worked as a registered nurse at Lenox Hill Hospital and the Hospital for Special Surgery and is currently a stay-at-home mom. She has one child in the district and a recent Pine Bush High School graduate. She is currently in her second term on the board.

Agro is a math teacher at Monroe-Woodbury, receiving his bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz and a master’s from Brooklyn College, both in secondary mathematics. He also has a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Administration from SUNY New Paltz. He has taught college math and worked in the private sector on Wall Street. Agro has one child who attends Pine Bush High School. This will be his second term on the board of education, previously serving a term from 2015 to 2018.

Best is a graduate of SUNY Orange and SUNY New Paltz, where she received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She works for the Town of Wallkill in its planning department. Best has four children, three of whom attend Pine Bush schools and one who has graduated from Pine Bush High School. This is her first term with the board of education.

Buckley is a graduate of SUNY Orange and works with students with emotional and behavioral disabilities, autism and developmental disabilities for Rockland BOCES. He is a life-long resident of the area serving his second term on the board of education. Buckley and his wife have two children who attend Pine Bush schools.

Johnson has a bachelor’s degree in geology and a master’s degree in earth science education, both from SUNY New Paltz. She is a retired teacher and current adjunct professor of geology at SUNY Orange. She has two children who attended and graduated from the Pine Bush School District. This is her fourth term serving on the board of education.

Robertson is a graduate of Pine Bush High School and earned a business degree from Lynn University in Florida. She is a retired self-employed school bus contractor. In her third term on the school board, Robertson is a member of the district’s Audit Committee and the All Night Graduation Party Committee. She has two children who have graduated from Pine Bush High School.

Jacob is a senior in the Class of 2026. He is deeply committed to helping students grow, succeed, and become confident leaders in their communities. Jacob is eager to contribute to the board by being a motivating voice for all students.

Salome, a junior and member of the Class of 2027, is deeply committed to supporting her peers, her school, and the Pine Bush community. She wants every student to be heard, and she is eager to ensure that their concerns are represented. Salome will serve as the alternate student representative during the 2025-2026 school year, and then become the student representative for the 2026-2027 school year.
