Dear CVMS Students and Families,
As we close out the 2025–2026 school year, I want to take a moment to celebrate all that we have accomplished together at CVMS. What a remarkable year it has been! From academic achievements and creative projects to athletic competitions, performances, and everyday moments of growth, our students have continued to demonstrate resilience, kindness, and a commitment to learning that makes our school community so special.
Our theme this year, “A Place to Belong, A Place to Become,” truly came to life. Together, we created a school where students felt welcomed, valued, and supported, while also challenging themselves to become more confident, curious, and compassionate individuals. Whether in the classroom, on the field, on the stage, or through clubs and activities, our students embraced opportunities, formed lasting friendships, and made memories that will stay with them for years to come.
I am incredibly proud of each and every student and grateful to our families and staff for the partnership and support that helped make this such a successful year. The sense of community, school spirit, and care for one another that defines CVMS is something truly special.
As summer begins, I encourage everyone to take time to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with family and friends. Explore new interests, read a good book, spend time outdoors, and create wonderful memories. Most importantly, please stay safe, stay healthy, and take care of one another.
Thank you for making the 2025–2026 school year one to remember. Have a fantastic summer, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the fall for another year of learning, growth, and opportunity.
Have a safe, happy, and healthy summer!
Sincerely,
Lisa Hankinson
Principal, CVMS
