While our schools are closed, it is important to stay active and healthy. Below are some tools to help you achieve that.
For students in Pre-k through grade 5, here is a packet of suggested activities and coloring pages.
For students in grades 6 through 12, here are several booklets to help keep you active. Students can use this activity log to track their at home physical activity on a weekly basis. There is also a booklet of fitness activities and one of workout programs.
The goal is to be active for at least 30 to 60 minutes each day.
